As our products are fulfilled through trusted third-party suppliers via DSers, shipping times and fulfillment processes may vary depending on the item, supplier location, and destination country.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is successfully received. During high-demand periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order.
- United States: 7–20 business days
- Canada: 10–25 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days
- Other International Destinations: 10–30 business days

Shipping Delays

Locked Collection is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen transit interruptions.
Split Shipments
Because we work with multiple suppliers through DSers, items in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order is split into different shipments.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. From time to time, we may offer promotional free shipping on selected products or order values.
Tracking Information
Tracking details are provided when available by the supplier. In some cases, tracking may take several days to update after shipment. If you have not received tracking details within a reasonable period, please contact us with your order number.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is entered, we may not be able to change it once the order has been processed.
Locked Collection is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the supplier and shipping carrier to investigate. Refunds or replacements for lost packages are subject to supplier review and shipping confirmation.
Discreet Shipping
We understand the importance of privacy. Where possible, orders are shipped in plain and discreet packaging. However, packaging style may vary by supplier, and we cannot guarantee identical outer packaging across all fulfilled orders.
